Our client is seeking an SAP Data Migration Lead with strong SAP HCMorSuccessFactors to head the migration activities on this project. This is a 3 month initial contract based in Brisbane and it will be fast paced and challenging.
Responsibilities
- Defining the data cleansing strategy and processes, and overseeing the development of the data cleansing artefacts
- Defining the data reconciliation strategy and processes, and overseeing the development of the data cleansing artefacts
- Developing governance and reporting across migration design, build, test and execution, as well as data cleansing and reconciliation
- Liaising with Functional Consultants andamp Business SMEs to ensure that the requisite data is in place to support the various solution test phases including Trial Cutovers Skills and Experienceandnbsp
- Must have at least 5 7 years SAP Data Migration experience
- Previous SAP HCM andoror SAP SuccessFactors data migration project experience
- Must have a working knowledge of Business Objects Data Services BODS
- Must have very strong leadership skills and experience of managing teams of Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants andamp Business Resources
- Ability to support the team through potentially long hours of data loading How to Apply
