Ballarat Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work within the Emergency Department on a short term contract. If you have been thinking about giving Emergency Nursing a go this is the perfect opportunity.
Ballarat Health Services BHS Emergency Department has an 18 Cubicle Unit with three Resuscitation Bays, a five bed Fast Track and a 12 bed Short Stay Unit.
The BHS Emergency Department saw just under 60,000 people through its doors last year. As a large regional centre, BHS s Emergency Department sees a variety of presentations including General Medicine, Surgical, Trauma, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynacology, and Mental Health.
Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practise and service delivery to our clients and their families within the Emergency Department. Y ou will be able to work collaboratively and consultatively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
