80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO
An enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist is sought to provide aged care physiotherapy services at Ballarat Health Services.
Primary clinical responsibilities include the provision of physiotherapy services in the Geriatric Evaluation and Management GEM ward and the Transition care program TCP . To be successful in this role, you will need
- Sound assessment and management skills for the conditions associated with aging
- To be a team player, able to work collaboratively with a multi disciplinary team
- To be able to adapt constructively to a busy and dynamic working environment
- Skills and experience in supervising grade one Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants.
