Ballarat Health Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker PCW at Hailey House. Hailey House is a 60 bed Aging in Place residential facility located in Ballarat. Staffed by a team committed to the delivery of resident focused high quality care, in a modern, light facility.
Successful applicants will possess a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to learn and must demonstrate competence in the following behaviours and qualifications
- Initiating Action
- Managing Work including Time Management
- Work Standards
- Stress Tolerance
- Care Management Certificate III or IV in Residential Aged Care
- Successful attainment of CHCCS305C Assist Clients with Medication
- Successful attainment of HLTFS207C Follow Basic Food Safety Practices
Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practice and service delivery to our clients and their families within Hailey House .
