An enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist is needed to provide occupational therapy services to the acute wards at the Ballarat Base Hospital.
Primary clinical responsibilities include the provision of occupational therapy services to acute medical and surgical wards and skills required include assessment, treatment, discharge planning, equipment prescription, home modifications and patientorcarer education.
You will enjoy a friendly place to work, where there is a strong commitment to providing high quality evidence based care. There is excellent support from senior Occupational Therapy colleagues and the multi disciplinary team. Professional development is supported through regular in service education, professional support from colleagues and the provision of support to attend continuing education.
