This is a great opportunity for an experienced FinishesorFit Out Foreman with confidence in their ability to complete high quality projects within a tight time frame. No two days will be the same in this role. If you are looking for your next great challenge this is the role for you.

Your role as the FinishesorFit Out Foreman will include

• Take the lead role in the day to day management of on site safety, including monitoring of site safety
• Run the on site budget and business processes relating to labour, overtime, small tools and hire equipment
• Manage the day to day site activity in accordance with the programme and comply with business systems.
• Manage the day to day activity of subcontractors and site labourer to the project plan and project documentation
• Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on site meetings
• Interpret, understand and review drawings and design project, ensuring required materialsorequipment have been ordered and are ready before works commence or at the appropriate stage
• Work with sub contractors and consultants to resolve day to day construction and design issues to ensure the highest quality workmanship

  You will need...

  • Experience as aFinishesorFit Out Foreman on High Rise projects
  • Tertiary qualification in a building industry and Builders licence or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of OHS legislation, principles and practices
  • Sound computer skills
