Family Violence Training and Capacity Building Officer

The Quality and Innovation Unit has a vacancy for a Family Violence Training and Capacity Building Officer. This position is responsible for the delivery of high quality family violence training and the implementation of capacity building initiatives at Ballarat Health Services and six regional health services in context with the Strengthening Hospital Responses to Family Violence SHRFV initiative.
The successful candidate will have experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of training for adult learners. You will have a demonstrated understanding of the Victorian family violence policy and service delivery environment and a commitment to gender equity. Your ability to establish partnerships and to work collaboratively will also be highly regarded.
