Immediate interviews are available for an Aged Care FM with 2 3+ years experience! Preferably we are seeking a dynamic manager who is ready for an exciting period of growth with this well renowned provider. A driven personality with experience in Aged Care change management will thrive in this opportunity

About the Role
Lead an exceptional medium sized facility which is located 28km west of Sydney s CBD. This stable facility has an existing, highly regarded and stable Clinical Manager who will make this role a dream! You will be overseeing the budgeting, operations and finances of the site.

As the Facility Manager, you will be leading a team of established and dedicated professionals.

• Reporting to the Executive Manager
• Financial and Budgeting responsibilities
• Ensure Quality planning, implementation and evaluation
• Develop and implement policies relevant to Aged Care standards

  Requirements

  • Driven personality and passion for Aged Care
  • Dynamic and Adaptable personality
  • ACFI and Accreditation experience
  • Experience as a Residential Site Manager or Director of Nursing is ideal but not required
