Coding Operations Manager

80 hrs per fortnight with ADO

The Coding Operations Manager role is responsible for managing the coding team to ensure timely and accurate ICD 10 AM coding of inpatient episodes to achieve internal and external deadlines and optimise WIES. This role is also responsible for contributing to coding audit, education and Clinical Documentation Improvement CDI program.

  Our fantastic coding team is comprised of both HIM and Clinical Coders who work in an environment where coding, casemix and clinical documentation initiatives are strongly supported by BHS Executive and Clinical Directors. You will form part of the Coding Leadership Team which is an experienced, cohesive and supportive team which will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to shape the future direction of the Coding Operations Manager role. BHS has Digital Medical Record which allows for development and innovation in coding practices and work arrangement flexibility.
