About the Role

The facility is based in Kawana Waters Sunshine Coast

As the Clinical Manager you will work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure the high care standards of the organisation are upheld. The role requires you to oversee all aspects of clinical care. You will add value and guide the clinical and nursing staff through your leadership skills and extensive clinical knowledge. This is a full time role, required to work 5 days per week with fixed hours and some on call availability.

What is Required

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have

Current AHPRA registration as RN DIV1
Strong experience in ACFI and Accreditation
Be flexible, approachable, confident and a resourceful individual
Management experience in a clinical Aged Care environment
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and the community

You will be required to hold and maintain a National Criminal History Check at your own expense or be eligible to receive one prior to commencing.
