Central Allocations Unit
The Central Allocations Unit currently has a vacancy for an Allocations Clerk. Your duties will include administrative and clerical responsibilities to ensure all deficits across the organisation are replaced with supplementary staff.
The successful applicant needs to be able to cover leave requirements over a 7 day roster and at times be called in at short notice. Shifts can be either 6am 2.30pm or 2.15pm 8.15pm.
Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and problem solve constructively. Exceptional computer skills are essential for this role, with particular emphasis on your ability to multi task and work in a fast pace environment. Previous experience in an allocations or help desk environment is desirable.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Immunisation Clearance and a satisfactory current Police Record Check.

Our casual bank shifts can be offered within short time frames, therefore to be considered for this role you must be living in the Ballarat region
