Associate Nurse Unit Manager ANUM Inpatient Rehabilitation Program Permanent Part Time 32 hrs per fortnight Ballarat Health Services is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse Division 1 to join our team as an ANUM and work in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program. The Inpatient Rehabilitation Program is a highly regarded 30 bed specialist unit providing multidisciplinary services and care across the Grampians and surrounding regions. We are located in Eyre Street Ballarat as part of the Queen Elizabeth Centre. The successful applicant will have previous experience of at least 3 years working in a ward, and it is desirable that you will possess or be working towards completion of a Managerial Qualification. You will be able to work collaboratively and consultatively as part of a multidisciplinary team, have demonstrated leadership ability and have a clear understanding of the managerial responsibilities of an Associate Nurse Unit Manager. Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practise and service delivery to our clients and their families within the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work within the values of the organisation Teamwork, Respect, Accountability and Compassion.
